Tune Up and Inspection
Clean and adjust the oil burner, oil motors, vacuum heat exchanger, clean chimney base if accessible, install new oil burner nozzle, new oil filter cartridge, new oil burner pump strainer.

Air conditioning is not classified under emergency services.
