Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Tune-up And Inspection

Help to ensure that your AC/Heat Pump is operating efficiently during the season with our preseason tune-up and inspection.

• Clean Filters, evaporator coil, condenser coil, condensate drains.
    
• Check air temperature across evaporator and condenser, contractors, relays, compressor and refrigerant pressure.
    
• Inspect wiring, pulleys and belts, system safety devices and air handling unit; calibrate thermostat.
   
• Test for proper voltage; check for vibration and noise.
   
• Lubricate bearings and motor.
   
• Each additional unit at the same location will be done at the same time.

Labor Rates

Customer will be billed for the first 1/2 hour of service with the initial charge determined by time of day. Subsequent time will be billed in 1/4 hour increments.
