24 hour service provided for ALL automatic customers. Will Call Delivery:Will call customers monitor their own oil and call when they are ready for a delivery. We do encourage you to call before your oil level gets below 1/4 of its capacity. For will call and COD customers, 24 hour notice is appreciated but in most cases same day service is provided. COD Delivery:As we are always looking for new customers, we will deliver on a COD basis.
Payment OptionsA 15 day billing account is provided to automatic and will call customers that have filled out a credit application (and have been approved.) At the time of delivery 2 copies of your tickets will be left with a return envelope on your door. Payment in full is due within 15 days of the delivery. Budget PlanThe budget plan lets you spread your heating cost over 10 months. (Aug-May). Please contact us by July (prior to the heat season) to set up your monthly payment plan. We will determine what your monthly budget payment will be by multiplying your yearly oil consumption by the predicted market price per gallons for the following heating season and divide it into 10 monthly payments. Payments will be due on the 1st day of each month. If your monthly payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel your automatic delivery. We will provide you a contract outlining the budget plan to be signed and mailed back to us with your first monthly payment. When we receive your response, we will provide (by mail) 10 envelopes for each month for you to mail your payments. At the end of the 10 month pay period, you may have a credit or balance. All pending balances must be paid in full by June 30th. |
We offer payment plans to pay over ten months and spread out your heating expense. We offer Automatic, Will Call and COD Delivery: Automatic Delivery so you don't have to worry about running out of oil, diesel fuel (on road and off road), and gasoline; and Will Call delivery where you monitor your own supply. As we are always looking for new customers, we will deliver on a COD basis. To provide you with the best service, please call 24 hours in advance for delivery.
